She has been refurbished recently, and with her 4 x 200w solar panels, and good running Isuzu 55hp engine, she is ready to go. She has a Boat safety certificate until 14/01/2025.Built in 2006 by the Liverpool Boat Company, she has been well maintained. Most recently blacked and new anodes were fitted in June 2023, when she also had a hull survey. This showed readings of 9.8 and 9.9 on the swim (originally built in 10mm), and 5.7 – 5.9 mm on the sides (originally 6mm). it was advised that a new rudder stock was required, and this was fitted before the boat went back in to the water.Her layout is unusual but works well, and provides 2 double bedrooms plus a separate kitchen, bathroom and living room. She has diesel run central heating and a multifuel stove, so you won’t be cold on this boat.From the stern, she has a round backed cruiser stern, with gas locker and good access to the engine bay, which houses the Isuzu engine, 3 x leisure batteries, starter battery and calorifier.Double steel doors and a sliding hatch open on to steps (with built in storage) leading in to the spacious kitchen. This has been recently refurbished and is well equipped. There is a large storage cupboard on both sides of the entrance. On the port side it houses the electrics, solar control unit and inverter charger. There are lots of storage cupboards and drawers, also ample work surface. A full sized gas cooker and hob , 12v fridge, freezer, microwave and sink are all in place. There is currently no washing machine fitted, but there is space for one. There is also a small TV on the wall in here, and a dining table with chairs. 2 large rectangular windows (which open) give ample light.A corridor leads from here with a door to the first of 2 double bedrooms. A built in bed with storage underneath and rectangular window in both rooms. There is a large double wardrobe with access from the corridor next to the first bedroom. The bathroom is next, with a door from the corridor. This has been refurbished to a nice, modern spec. It has a large shower, pumpout toilet and sink with the vanity unit. The hot water is provided by a calorifier.Next, in the corridor, is access to another large double storage cupboard and then a door to the second bedroom, which is laid out similar to the first bedroom.Finally, there is a door to the large living room. This is a bright but cosy space, with a brand new carpet. It has lots of natural light as there are glazed double bow doors, a window on either side on the doors, plus a window on both external walls. It has a multifuel stove fitted and is currently furnished with an L-shape sofa bed (included with the boat).The bow deck has a large storage locker and plenty of space for a table and chairs.
