    The Harbour Launch 18 has a simple open layout with comfortable built in seating fore and aft with a central engine box which can also be used for additional seating or as a table. Storage and access to systems is provided by lift out floor sections and there is excellent engine access provided by the forward-hinged engine box lid.
    Mechanical Systems
    Located in engine box, Vetus M2.18 16hp twin cylinder diesel engine. Single lever controls with electric start. Vetus 40 litre plastic fuel tank. Tiller steering. Shaft drive to bronze 3-bladed propeller. The engine was new on installation in 2017, was last serviced in 2019, looks in excellent condition and has run for 30hrs since new (may increase gradually with usage).

    A double door leads to the aft cabin, and excellent sized double cabin with good storage and light.
    Steps lead forward from the wheelhouse to the main saloon. This area houses a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area. The fitted kitchen has a great amount of worktop and storage, and comes with an LPG gas cooker, fridge, and an area plumbed and ready for a washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.
    The lounge is again very light and airy, and gives a feeling of comfort and space, enhanced by the opening sky light. A corridor leads to the bathroom, that has a macerator toilet, bath with shower attachment, hand basin and large storage cupboard.
    Further along the corridor is a large double cabin, with built in bed and built in storage.
    The boat has a Kabola central heating system, and has double glazing throughout. She has been well insulated, and well decorated. She comes with black water and fresh water tanks, as well as a 22 kw generator, so can definitely be used to cruise as well as a static home.
    Externally there is good space, and the boat was dry docked at the end of 2017, where any work needed was done before the hull was painted and had new anodes fitted.
