The Bunk Beds There are two permanent single berths with comfortable quality mattresses the dimensions of the bottom bunk are 3ft (91cm) wide x 6’3’’ (1.91m) long and the top bunk is 2’6’’ (76cm) wide x 6’3’’ (1.91m) long. There is adequate wardrobe space alongside. Bathroom Description: The Aft and Fwd Shower and Toilet There is a standard flushing toilet, the waste is stored in a large holding tank with capacity usually suitable for 1 week. There is a shower with dimensions of 2’6’(76cm) x 2’(61cm) with headroom of approx 6’3’’ (1.91m). There is also a small washbasin with cupboard beneath. The Fwd shower room has the shower over a hip bath.Water Tank capacity: Approx 500L Fuel tank capacity: Approx 200L Pump Out Location Capacity: Fwd toilet Portside on Gunwale Tread Midships, Aft toilet Portside on Gunwale Tread Midships Known Defects: Aft port side of hull overplated in Dec 2020 – a narrow approx 8’ section of the hull side, just above the base plate. As an experienced boatyard, with facilities to do this type of work, this was preventative maintenance actioned early. Additional Info: Foxterrier would convert rather nicely to a live aboard by removing the aft bunks and convert to home office and converting the forward bathroom to a utility room. This is something we would be prepared to offer as an additional service to the buyer. Reason for selling: Foxterrier has been an excellent hire boat for Foxhangers since 2001, she is to be replaced by a brand new 5* vessel that we have built new for 2024. Foxhangers Canal holidays was established in 1997 and Foxterrier was our eighth hire boat, all but one of the previous boats were sold off many years ago but Foxterrier has been kept in the hire fleet for 23 years because she has a very good design and excellent build quality.
