- Winter Roseis a beautiful 60’ semi-trad narrowboat, built in 2006 by Dave Clarke and fitted out by WIlliam Harp. She is in lovely condition both inside and out.Starting at the front, the gas bottles are in the bow locker and the huge water tank is under the cratch covered well deck (cratch cover new Nov 2022). Steps lead down through glazed front doors into the large (12’4”) saloon. This has room for a sofa or two armchairs, a diesel Refleks stove (separate diesel tank in the well deck). There are shelves & a cupboard opposite the stove.The 10’ 1\" galley is next, and utilities comprise of a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill (only a year old), a stainless steel sink, a 230v larder fridge, separate 230v freezer (new Oct 2022) and plenty of storage. The worktops are laminate and a side hatch adds light and air. There is also a full size washer / dryer in here.The bathroom follows. The shower cubicle is large and has glass doors and lights over. The loo is a Thetford cassette (with spare cassette and brand new loo seat) and the ceramic basin sits over a cupboard. There is a heated towel rail in here as well.The bedroom has a cross bed (6’0”x5’) with storage under. At the foot of the bed is a bank of 5 drawers. Next to that is a floor to ceiling shelving cupboard. Another small chest of drawers sits on the starboard side.A door leads into the aft cabin. This has a huge amount of storage, with two double wardrobes and two cavities under retractable boards. One houses the calorifier, the other the 2kw Victron inverter (new 2020). There is further storage in each.Steps lead up to the semi trad cockpit. The engine, a Beta 38, sits under along with the bank of 5 domestic batteries and one starter. There is a bench seat / storage locker on the port side. The back deck has a tonneau cover for it (new Nov 2022).She was last blacked in the summer of 2020, and the engine was last serviced in October 2022 but has only done about 15 hours since. She had a full survey in July 2022.The diesel stove heats the radiators (as does the engine to a degree), and the hot water is heated by the engine or an immersion heater. 230v is from the brand new 2kw inverter or landline hook up. There are also 540w of solar (new Sep 2020). All the lights are LED.She is tried and tested as a liveaboard

- This 57x11ft Wide Beam is now for sale. She has been beautifully designed and finished making this a stylish liveaboard home. Built in August 2017 by Dave Clarke Boatbuilders, this boat was fitted out by the original and current owner. With a high level finish and attention to detail, this is a great boat for living on the water in London. The owner specifically had this boat built with extra deep gunnels meaning you get a massive amount of headroom (2.30m) throughout the boat. It enhances the feeling of space and light and will never feel cramped even for the tallest of boaters.Being slightly smaller than the more common 60ft boats, manoeuvring in tight spaces is easier. Also, having an enclosed bow means there isn\'t a massive loss in internal space. The master cabin has a large, walkaround double bed and plenty of storage. There is a second cabin fitted with bunk beds which could be converted to an office area.The bathroom\'s highlight is the magnificent blue tiles that surround the shower and handbasin. It is fitted with a composting heads, a great low maintenance option for cruising in London.In the saloon and galley, your eye is drawn to the beautiful wooden worktops (Cedarwood) and cabinetry (American Oak). The current owner is a chef and it\'s no surprise therefore to find a 5-burner Rangemaster cooker installed. It has a lovely polished brass splashback too. There is LED lighting recessed behind the panelling and under the gunnels making this feel like a very modern place to be. The heating stove appears to float in mid air on a piece of marble with wood store beneath.
