- 45ft Evans, Trad Stern, Narrowboat. BSS valid until March 2028. Insurance valid till Feb 2025 Built in 1994. Beta Marine 35hp. PRM 120 Gearbox. The hull is 10mm/6mm/4mm. Stainless Steel Water Tank. 1 x Fixed Double Bed and a Large Sofa Bed. Wardrobe. 320 Watts of Solar, 3 x 120 A/hr Leisure Batteries (all in great condition) Inverter. Galvanic Isolator. 2 x Burner Gas Hob, 240v Fridge, Small Oven, Microwave . 2 x Gas Bottles with Bubble Tester. Woodburner, Shower, Calorifier (hot water from engine). The Hull was stripped to bare metal in August 2020 Survey carried out. Blacked and new Anodes fitted. Info from previous owner & survey available. I purchased this boat in 2022 and had my own hull survey done. Blacked with epoxy in 2022. 2022 Survey also available. Boat has just had work done for BSS, piping all replaced and feet for engine replaced. Costing £2000. I have a folder full of documentation / receipts, including the original Bill of Sale and previous surveys. Entire boats history of documents. The boat is mechanically sound and no defects were found with the hull during the survey. The Beta Marine engine and good hull, were the main reasons I bought it. Great fun owning it just not using it as much as I have to live full time in the city due to work hence why I may have to sell up!
