Halmira is a Camper and Nicholson designed motor sailer heavily built by Halmatic in 1977.
She is a very definite motor sailer with plenty of engine power and is an extremely comfortable,safe boat with a large deep cockpit. She can be sailed with the canopy in place.  The spacious light forepeak makes a comfortable double berth with the infill and plenty of space in accessible lockers below.  The heads have pressurised hot and cold water with a Lavac toilet.  There is a storage space above the basin and  a towel rail.  The galley area is in the saloon. The sink with pressurised hot and cold water has a useful draining area behind and cupboards above and below. To the right is a two burner gas cooker with a grill and oven. The saloon has comfortable seating for six with a drop down table which converts to a very large bed. There are coat hooks and plenty of storage space below and to the side of the seating area. The fridge is a good size, has a lift up lid and is housed beneath the end seat. The heating to the radiator in the saloon is powered by a Webasto water heater. 
Pictures show the cockpit to be extremely comfortable both for sailing and for chilling out.
The recently installed gantry supports a 100watt solar panel and a Simrad 4g radar scanner as well as control points for the mainsail sheet. Access to the foredeck has been made extremely safe with steps and recently installed handrails on either side. The mast has steps. Lazyjacks and sail cover have been designed to allow for roller reefing in situ.
Within the last 12 months a Vetus windlass was fitted along with a very good anchor roller which works really well with the 8mm and 15kg Rochna anchor.
This boat has been very regularly used and is ready to go.I may be interested in part exchange.
