Description
Water Lilley is a 60 foot traditional stern narrow boat which was built by Mike Christian and fitted out by Maesbury Marine Services in 2005. She is powered by a 50hp Barrus Shire marine diesel engine making river cruising no issue. The engine is also fitted with a 3.5kW Travel Power meaning that there is no shortage of 240v. The layout from the rear comprises of engine room housing the engine and all the electrical systems. The spacious double bedroom follows with ample storage and dressing table. Moving forwards is the shower room with full height shower, Thetford C200 cassette toilet and vanity basin. Next comes the fully fitted galley with eye-level gas grill/oven, gas hob, stainless steel sink/drainer and undercounter fridge with ice box. Following this is the L-shaped dinette which converts in to a second double bed and at the front of the cabin is the saloon with two leather armchairs, television and solid fuel stove. She was last docked and blacking in 2019, but the sale will include dry docking and hull blacking. Cratch and cover fitted over front well deck. Solar panels fitted. Boat Safety certificate until 05/05/2025.

    *****SCAM WARNING*****

The most common scam is where the seller tells you they will deliver the boat and that your "money is covered by insurance" (there are fake boat dealers out there too).

Always talk to the seller on the phone, If the phone number on the listing doesn’t work or they never pick up then this is another sign it’s a scam.

If the price seems too good to be true then this is usually a scamAnd finally, never ever buy a boat without viewing it or getting someone you know to view it.
