Description
Boatshed Lancashire are delighted to present this lovely 2006 60ft Cruiser Stern Narrowboat based on the Leeds Liverpool Canal with a mooring available subject to separate negotiation with the marina.

As you enter the rear companionway you arrive in the well appointed kitchen with a full size cooker, new 12v fridge, new 12v washing machine, microwave, stainless sink and plenty of storage and worktop space.

There is a nicely positioned dinette that is opposite the duck hatch and also drops down into a small double bed with under seat storage. Next is the good size saloon with a new double bed settee, TV, radiator, built-in corner storage units and a multi burning stove.

Moving down the boat you come to the large shower room with full size shower, basin and vanity unit and electric macerator pump out toilet. The porta potti is there so the owners do not fill the waste tank as they are selling the boat.

Finally you arrive in the double cabin with built-in wardrobes, under and over bed storage and a small corner storage unit. Access through the forward doors is into the cratch area. All crockery, pots and pans are included in the sale if wanted. There is a new 12v system throughout the boat.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

    *****SCAM WARNING*****

The most common scam is where the seller tells you they will deliver the boat and that your "money is covered by insurance" (there are fake boat dealers out there too).

Always talk to the seller on the phone, If the phone number on the listing doesn’t work or they never pick up then this is another sign it’s a scam.

If the price seems too good to be true then this is usually a scamAnd finally, never ever buy a boat without viewing it or getting someone you know to view it.

If you think the listing may be a scam please forward us the link using our contact form: https://www.boatsforsale.co.uk/contact-us.html
