Description
This charming boat makes the perfect constant-cruiser, having been used as such for the last few years. With significant upgrades to the solar array, a Webasto diesel heater and washing machine, she provides comfortable living accommodation while cruising the London waterways.

The well laid out bathroom boasts a large quadrant shower, with the water heater from the calorifier. A cartridge toilet means easy disposal at the numerous Elsan points on the London network. There are 3 cartridges in total.

The fixed double bed in the forward cabin opens out to the covered foredeck. The sofa in the saloon converts to a further double if required.

The engine is a reliable runner, always starting easily even through the winter months. Last serviced in March 2023.

The boat was last lifted in March 2023 when she was blacked and new anodes fitted. BSS valid until August 2026.

The most common scam is where the seller tells you they will deliver the boat and that your "money is covered by insurance" (there are fake boat dealers out there too).

Always talk to the seller on the phone, If the phone number on the listing doesn’t work or they never pick up then this is another sign it’s a scam.

If the price seems too good to be true then this is usually a scamAnd finally, never ever buy a boat without viewing it or getting someone you know to view it.
