There’s a double width larder unit, double Belfast sink with mixer tap and separate 4-filter drinking-water tap, with dishwasher below. An ingeniously fitted 4+ seat oak dining table maximises the use of space. Next is the spacious open saloon area, with two premium oak sofa beds, Morso Squirrel multifuel stove with granite surround and hearth, and 42” smart HD TV with fitted cupboards and shelving. Heating here is by hidden low level radiators. Further on, a wide corridor leads to the first cabin with fixed double bed, dressing table, double wardrobe, radiator, overhead cupboards and fitted shelving. Opposite in the corridor is a study area with a stool and eight drawers, followed by three cupboards, two of which contain an integrated washer drier and a laundry basket. Opposite is the spacious bathroom, with full size corner mixer shower and chrome quadrant screen, heated towel rail, pump-out toilet, vanity unit with quartz worktops, hand basin and full wall mirror with illuminated pelmet over, luxury floor tiles and a plethora of cupboards and shelves. The fully upgraded mechanicals and electricals include navigation lights, 2-pack epoxy blacking, a Barrus Shire 70 HP diesel engine with a PRM 280 D2 gearbox, bow thruster with dedicated battery and charger, Victron 3KVa inverter charger, starter battery plus 4x150Ah AGM batteries (replaced) and a 100Ah Lithium hybrid battery for rapid charging and extra capacity equivalent to 200Ah of lead acid (added, special chemistry certified for marine use). Solar controller Victron MPPT 150/85 allows for additional panels if required. Hot water by Webasto Pro 90 diesel heater and engine calorifier. Heating by Webasto (and stove in saloon). Hive heating thermostat, remotely controlled by Hive app. 240V sockets, many with USB charging.
