This is the 2nd Astondoa 46 Fly to come on the market with us this year - the first one is now sold, but worry not because this one is available now and the berth \"may\" be available (subject to approval from Windermere Marina Village, we\'ll provide contact info on request). This is a 2003 build year, 2003 model year boat. She has a \"glacier\" white gel coat and black canvases which are very recent. Other spec includes bowthruster, diesel heating, new carpets in the last couple of years, recent prop refurb, and more. The space on these Astondoa\'s is immense. The cockpit is huge and in this case the client has utilised some tasteful seating to allow use as an al fresco dining/ entertaining area. The flybridge is similarly expansive - comfortably seating 6 or 8 and with a central helm position this makes for a very pleasing arrangement both when underway and when back in the Marina for entertaining and socialising. Back downstairs through the sliding doors and into the saloon - again, cavernous. The seating is upholstered in faux beige leather which perfectly accents the surrounding well-cared-for high gloss cabinetry. The flooring is in very good order and lets off a real shine in the sunlight. The lower helm to starboard is well laid out and has good visibility both forward and aft. Having had the pleasure of spending many hours aboard these boats we can say with certainty what a pleasure they are to handle and for a boat of this size they are very nimble and responsive. The galley is to port and is arranged in a semi-c shaped layout with a microwave, sink, good sized fridge, and plenty of storage even for a large family. There are plenty of glass cupboards, drinks cupboards, storage lockers and drawers throughout this beautiful boat. Heading down to the accommodation we have two twin cabins to port and to starboard, and ahead on the port side we have the day heads. Forward into the V we have the splendid Master Cabin which is again in very good order and oozes luxury. There is also a separate en suite shower room. All in all this boat is a beauty and subject to survey she should be ready to go for her new owners from the first weekend. The owners are retiring from boating so this is a genuine reason for sale and no reflection on the boat itself as she has provided many hours of pleasure to all who have been lucky enough to spend time on board.
