- For sale – Bayliner 245 from 2004 *** I’m selling my Bayliner 245, built in 2004 Ive had lots of use out of her since buying 8 years ago but the last 2 years only taking out 5 times I just cannot justify keeping anymore. It’s a great family boat with lots of space both inside and out and perfect for entertaining as everyone can sit round the skipper and all chat and enjoy. 6 adults comfortable - we had 8 and worked but was bit of a squeeze The cruiser is about 24.5ft long and easy to handle, whether you’re new to boating or have some experience. The seating configuration can be switched in the main area and there is a removable table also which can be used inside or out on the deck. It’s powered by a MerCruiser engine, which has always started reliably and had regular services, it’s comfortable cruising up rivers or heading out on bigger trips. The back deck makes it easy for kids (or adults!) to jump in for a swim or just dangle your feet in the water and there is also a ladder to make it easier to climb back on and a shower at the back to wash yourself down with before getting back on Inside, there’s a nice dining area that turns into a bed, a small kitchen with a fridge, sink, hob, microwave and a separate double bed at the back. (we comfortably have slept 4 adults for a few nights on diff occasions) The toilet/shower room is private and handy for overnights. We’ve enjoyed lots of weekends away on board and there’s enough storage for all your gear. It’s been looked after and cleaned regularly.
