The fore cabin offers a central double berth with under-berth storage. This cabin also includes a hanging wardrobe to port and additional storage space to starboard. Located on the Portside is access to a shower room with built-in shower tray, shower attachment and shower curtain. The heads are positioned on the port side behind the forward cabin with direct access from the forward cabin. The Heads features a sink set in a vanity unit, an electric marine toilet and a shower cubicle with mixer unit. The sink and shower are equipped with hot and cold water. The galley is located amidships on the port side. This area includes two single stainless-steel sinks with pressurised hot and cold water, an under-counter fridge and freezer, a four-burner electric hob, and a Microwave. The galley area benefits from 240-Volt sockets and ample storage space. This Broom 450 benefits from a 310 Litre freshwater capacity, with two holding tanks 1 x Forward 180L and 1 x Aft 180L. Ascending into the main saloon, this area offers great natural light and great visibility through two large forward and three side facing windows to both port and starboard.
