Pearson - 365 for sale
  • Pearson - 365 for sale
  • The Pearson 365 is well regarded as a durable, easily handled and responsive cruising boat, offering good accommodation and practical features. Kamal was originally outfitted and improved by a marine engineer in the late 1990’s for an around the world trip and, as a result, her systems are well appointed throughout—all lines are accessible from the cockpit, the instruments around the nav. table allows for centralized monitoring of the systems. The current owners purchased Kamal in 2000 and have maintained her since then. Such a schedule led to the recent discovery that the engine had frozen up and needed to either be rebuilt or replaced. Kamal has been based in Grenada since 2003 and sailed the Caribbean waters every season for 4-5 months. The owners have decided it is time to move on and have reluctantly put Kamal up for sale, however, it has recently been discovered that the engine is now seized and need to either be rebuilt or replaced. She has been listed at a reduced price to reflect this and once this work is completed, she will be a great cruising boat, ideal for the Caribbean or wherever her next adventure may take her. Viewing by appointment at our Grenada Office 473 403 9296.

Pan Oceanic 46 - Ted Brewer Pilothouse Cutter
  • Pan Oceanic 46 - Ted Brewer Pilothouse Cutter
  • MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION: Sogno II was a custom designed flush-deck pilothouse cutter for businessman/sailor Reese Palley by Ted Brewer. Mr. Palley then hired Robert Pancoe to build the boat (dubbed an Oceanic 46 by the architect) in Taiwan. Mr. Pancoe went to Mao-Tai shipyard to have the vessel built and after the start of construction the decision was made to build several Oceanic 46’s and Pan Oceanic Marine was started with Sogno (launched “Unlikely VII”) becoming hull # 1. After her launch, Sogno was sailed extensively throughout the world. Her current owner purchased her in 2007 and has sailed her throughout the Caribbean and Mediterranean doing several transatlantic crossings and visiting Central America and the southern part of the United States. During this time, Sogno underwent several refits and many upgrades. The owner reports that although she appears to be a heavy boat, she is very responsive in light airs and, with a medium displacement hull, sizeable keel and low center of gravity, she also copes well with stronger winds and rougher seas. She is spacious and comfortable, with lots of deck space, an ergonomic cockpit, and a large saloon. Due to a change in career plans, the owner has decided that he will not have the time necessary to keep Sogno II in the condition he wants and thus she is now on the market. A very special boat indeed looking for yet more adventure

Classic Marine & Classic Craft - Allanson D25
  • Classic Marine & Classic Craft - Allanson D25
  • "Roninella" is an Allanson D25 and provides a rare opportunity to purchase a classic yacht which is stepped with history. Rondinella was built in 1952, with beautifully varnished mahogany woodwork she has been turning heads from the day she was launched with not only her looks but also by her performance. This D25, deigned by Peter Brett, was a predecessor of the well known Rivals.Roninella featured in Heavy Weather Sailing for One. A particular showing in the 1956 Channel Race, quoted: A remarkable performance was put up by Rondinella, the only class III boat to complete the course, for she sailed throughout the gale and crossed the finishing line second, beating all other competitors boat for boat without handicap. Having suffered damage during the 1987 Medway hurricane she was purchased by a boatyard in Chatham where she was lovingly restored over the course of a year. Owned by its current owners for 23 years, the boat has been well looked after and is pulled ashore every year, its hoped that Rondinella's colourful history and pedigree can now be enjoyed by a new owner with many more years of enjoyment ahead.
An early viewing of this boat is highly recommended.
