Very reluctant sale of this beautiful example of the Southerly 105. She has been well maintained and cared for and is a ready to sail away package. Lifting keel which gives you access to shallow areas, beach landing and canals if you want. Nik Nik will sleep up to 8 with spacious saloon and galley. There is eberspatcher heating and hot water to both Galley and heads which doubles as a wet room. All sails are in a good useable condition with recently replaced standing rigging.
