  • Dutch Barge - 1921 Made in Leiden for sale
  • **NEW Video walkthrough just upoloaded** - Any Serious offer considered on this vessel

She was built in 1921 and spent most of her life on the continent before being brought over to this country by the current owners who motored her across the channel.

She has 3 bedrooms, two of which are in the main cabin and a further cabin is located at the bow of the boat and is self-contained.

She has a detachable wheelhouse if you did want to navigate the canals but would be better suited as a liveaboard in Uxbridge close to London or lift and move to another location.

She is available with her current mooring which also comes with a garden and shed.

She has a full-size bath in the master cabin as well.

She is fitted with a multi-burner and she is ready for central heating to be connected with all the pipes in place and ready to join to the Combi Boiler.

She had a hull survey in 2015 and subsequently, a new rudder was fitted and some additional plating work done to the hull.

Viewing is possible on her mooring in Uxbridge which comes complete with garden, shed and both lawn and woodland area. This mooring is transferable to the new owner
